National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center

The adventure and heartbreak of the Oregon Trail are brought to life as our immersive environments plunge visitors into the organized chaos of a wagon train. Transporting visitors back in time, exhibits filled with artifacts evoke the spirit of the indomitable pioneers. Elsewhere on this 500-acre site we helped plan interpretation for a historic gold-mining complex, a "living history" trail encampment, and visible traces of the original trail.
