 Visitors seated in the Orientation Theater experience the dramatic story of westward migration on the Oregon, Mormon, California, and Pony Express Trails through the use of life-size dioramas.
 Men, women, and children - pioneers, businessmen, cowboys, and native peoples all played an important role in the history of the Western frontier. Many characters are introduced throughout the themed galleries.
 Exhibit galleries feature a rich assortment of historical artifacts.

 The stage coach simulator takes visitors on a journey between two trail forts.
 Ford the river on a wagon train—enter the wagon for an immersive experience, seeing the crossing of the river from the pioneers point of view, and feeling all of the rocking, bumps, and jolts of the experience.
